IGO Foundation Inc.

Education changed her life. Now she's changing theirs.

The corporate social responsibility arm of IGO Accounting Services — founded on gratitude, sustained by purpose.

Our Story

From scholar to sponsor.

The heart of IGO Accounting Services goes beyond numbers — it is deeply rooted in purpose, gratitude, and giving back.

In 1990, our founder, Ms. Irene Guiao Oloris, was once a scholar herself. After graduating from Grade 6, she was chosen as a beneficiary of the Bagong Barrio Elementary School Foundation, which supported her education throughout high school. She later became a scholar of the Rotary Club, allowing her to continue her journey despite financial limitations.

Years later, when the original foundation could no longer sustain its operations, Ms. Irene made a life-changing decision — to continue its legacy. What began as an act of gratitude turned into a mission.

Over a decade ago, she took over the initiative, and eventually formalized it into what is now known as IGO Foundation Inc., a SEC-registered non-stock, non-profit corporation committed to providing educational opportunities to deserving students.

Today, the Foundation supports honor students from Grade 7 to Grade 12, and is now expanding its reach to college students — particularly those pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy — nurturing future professionals who may one day uplift others as well.

Mission

To provide accessible and sustainable educational support to deserving students, empowering them to achieve their full potential and become future professionals who give back to their communities.

Vision

To build a generation of empowered, educated, and purpose-driven individuals who will lead, serve, and create lasting impact in society.

How the Program Works

Two honor students per grade. Six grade levels. One mission.

Our scholarship program is intentionally focused — supporting students who have earned their place academically and need help to keep going.

Allowance-Based Support

Each scholar receives a monthly allowance to support daily school expenses — transportation, meals, supplies, and the everyday costs that often stand between a bright student and a finished diploma.

Honor Students Only

Two honor students per grade level are selected — six grade levels, up to twelve active scholars at any given time. Selection is based on both academic merit and demonstrated financial need.

Sustained Through High School

Scholars are supported through their entire high school journey, from Grade 7 to Grade 12 — not a one-time grant, but a continuous commitment that grows with them.

Now Expanding to College

The Foundation is extending its reach to BS Accountancy college students — investing in future professionals who may one day pay it forward themselves.

On the Ground

Volunteer Program Coordinators

The Foundation works alongside volunteer educators — trusted teachers from outside IGO who help oversee the program at the school level.

They support the monthly distribution of scholar allowances and serve as on-the-ground points of contact, ensuring each student has a caring adult to turn to when they need guidance or help.

How It's Funded

Sustained by IGO. Driven by purpose.

IGO Foundation Inc. is currently funded entirely by the profits of IGO Accounting Services. There are no external donor pressures, no fundraising drives, no campaigns — just a steady, sustainable commitment from the firm to the students it supports.

Every business that grows with IGO indirectly helps a scholar stay in school.
