IGO began in April 2006 with a simple dream and a humble beginning. It all started in our family home in Paco, where we worked hard to build a business rooted in trust, service, and genuine care for clients.
Our very first client was an advertising company from Singapore. Just two days later, we welcomed our second client — a restobar in Greenhills. From there, referrals kept coming, opportunities opened, and the business steadily grew.
What started as a home-based operation soon expanded into a larger office in Mandaluyong. As the years passed, IGO continued to grow and open branches in Bulacan, Cavite, Quezon City, and Cebu — with new locations on the horizon.

The Founder
Ms. Irene Guiao Oloris
Founder & Managing Director
Ms. Irene Guiao Oloris is the founder and driving force behind IGO Accounting Services, known for building a trusted accounting firm from humble beginnings into a multi-branch company serving over 800 businesses.
Before founding IGO, she gained valuable hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and client service — experiences that shaped her practical, client-centered approach. In April 2006, she established IGO with a vision to help entrepreneurs and business owners navigate accounting, taxation, and compliance with confidence.
Her leadership style is hands-on, empowering, and relationship-driven. She believes in mentoring her team, building trust, and treating clients like long-term partners — combining professionalism with warmth so clients feel guided rather than intimidated by numbers and taxes.
Deeply rooted in faith, she often credits God for the growth and success of the business. She is also a devoted wife and mother, balancing entrepreneurship with family life. Beyond business, she supports education through the IGO Foundation, which provides scholarships for students from Grade 7 to Grade 12.

Mico Joshua Oloris

Mico Joshua Oloris is a young entrepreneur, business strategist, and one of the driving forces behind IGO Accounting Services as it enters its next chapter.
A graduate of BS Accountancy, Mico combines formal training in Philippine accounting and taxation with hands-on experience in business operations, tax compliance, client management, and company systems. He has developed a strong passion for making business compliance easier to understand for Filipino entrepreneurs.
He believes that many business owners do not fail because they lack ambition, but because they are not properly guided in handling taxes, permits, records, and government compliance. Through IGO, he is committed to bridging that gap — leveraging modern systems and AI-augmented service to scale impact without compromising the personal care that has defined IGO since day one.

IGO is Founded
Ms. Irene establishes IGO from the family home in Paco, Manila. The first client signs within days — an advertising company from Singapore. The second follows two days later: a restobar in Greenhills.
